area, a significantly elevated silicon concentration of <strong>8\u201314 at%<\/strong> was measured.<\/p><p>Detailed spectral analysis clearly showed: the silicon originated from a <strong>silicone oil<\/strong>.<\/p><p>After cleaning with acetone, the silicon signal disappeared completely \u2013 and with it the wetting defect.<\/p><p><strong>The cause was thus clearly identified:<\/strong> An extremely thin silicone contamination had prevented adhesion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73e3f75 cmsmasters-block-default
